DELIVERY

Production times may vary per item. Estimate 2 ½ weeks for delivery after we receive approved artwork from you. We will do our very best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Some items are available for rush delivery. Please let us know if you require a rush.

 

TERMS

Net 30 of the invoice date with approved property management companies. We otherwise accept the following credit cards:  Visa, Master Card, American Express

 

OVER/UNDER RUNS

You will be expected to accept and pay for up to a 10% over run (making too many of your item). Also, be prepared for up to a 10% under run (making too few of your item). You will not be charged for items that you do not receive due to an under run or damages.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of custom printing, promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

COLORS

Colors of items displayed in our catalogs and on our website may vary slightly to the actual item due to photography and printing intricacies and due to differences in computer monitors.

 

ARTWORK/PROOFS

Logos and text are best submitted in a Vector file. If you do not have this, artwork assistance is available free of charge.

Logo assistance is also available free of charge. You may select a design from our templates.

We will email/fax up to two proofs of the design or your provided logo shown in context of your chosen promotional item. Additional proofs will incur a $35.00 charge. Artwork is set up and saved in a Vector file for your future use on additional promotional items at no charge.

Imprinting prices are based on one color printing in one location unless otherwise noted. Additional fees may be incurred for PMS color matching, metallic inks, and imprinting in multiple locations.

CANCELLATIONS:

A minimum cancellation charge of $25.00 plus all charges incurred to date will be billed accordingly.
